The reliability & frequency with which this maintenance is performed, depends on the environment that the equipment is exposed to.
We provide conventional machine shop services such as turning and milling to fabricate fixtures based on customer needs. If CAD drawings are not available at your disposal, we can provide this service with a proper 2D drawing and/or a 3D solidworks file.
Not only do we provide fabrication services, but we also help you bring your ideas come to life; by creating 2D blueprints and 3D models using engineering softwares such as AutoCad & Solidworks.

Material removal offered by us can range from .005” to 1” with a guaranteed +/-.0001” flatness. In regards to our surface grinding capabilities, our equipment offers a maximum width of 24 inches by 80 inches long.
At our machine shop we are able to handle MIG & TIG welding on steel, stainless steel & aluminum depending on fixture sizes. In addition, welding repairs and metal fabrication are also offered under this service.
